National Open Gardens Day



The Roof Gardens in Kensington is opening the doors to its secret garden for free as part of National Gardening Week. As the only garden in central London participating in the event, it’s a lovely opportunity to explore one of the city’s green spaces.

Dinner and drinks in West London are best enjoyed at The Red Lemon in Westbourne Park. The modern British menu is classic and tasty and can be enjoyed throughout the day for brunch, lunch and dinner. Contemporary bar snacks are also available.

Converse/Dazed Emerging Artists Award



The Royal Academy of Arts have partnered with Converse and Dazed to celebrate emerging creative talent in the UK. Five shortlisted artists have been selected to produce new site-specific works to be in with the chance of winning the award and a £5,000 prize.

Sculpture in the City



Expect the unexpected when heading to the Square Mile in London this weekend. Contemporary artists will be bringing their art to the public and interacting with the urban environment.

Shakespeare’s Birthday



Celebrate the life and works of William Shakespeare’s as part of the writers’ 451st birthday celebrations. Performances, fun and games will make up the day of events at Shakespeare’s Globe theatre. The free event requires no booking giving you the perfect opportunity to channel your inner creativity and love for the arts.

Ceramic Arts London



The Royal College of Art in Knightsbridge is hosting the ceramic works of over 80 artists this weekend, as well as welcoming talks on ceramics techniques and aesthetics. Alongside the ceramic art pieces will also be works from the current Royal College of Arts students.
